Roblox City Builder Needed – Property Empire

I'm looking for a Roblox builder to create a city map for my game, Property Empire.

Budget: $50 USD/Robux Equivalent (negotiable)

What I need A city map with roads, intersections and pavements. A realistic layout with space for shops, parking lots, offices and other properties. Space for me to place Building plots positioned neatly alongside the roads. A city layout that looks good and can be expanded in the future. Good optimisation so the game runs smoothly. A clean, organised Roblox Studio project that I can edit later.

Style I'm aiming for a modern city suitable for a property tycoon game. It doesn't need to be extremely detailed, but I want it to look polished and have a consistent layout, Map should be scaled down to size of other buildings I have already created, details will be explained in Dms.

Requirements Previous Roblox building experience. (preferably) Examples or screenshots of previous builds. Must deliver the editable Roblox Studio file. Willing to communicate and make small adjustments if needed.

Payment: $30 USD for the completed build. Please send me examples of your work and let me know what you can create within this budget.
