Mid - Poly Map

I’m looking for someone to create a Roblox city map similar to the reference images. I want a clean, detailed mid-poly style with neighborhoods, houses, roads, sidewalks, trees, streetlights, and larger buildings. The map should have a realistic but optimized look, with a layout that feels like an actual small town. I also want open areas for players to build or interact with, along with clear roads and intersections. The overall lighting, colors, and environment should feel similar to the references while still being original. The map needs to be well-organized, playable, and optimized for Roblox.
