Hi there! My name’s Ivan, I am looking for a Long-Term Partnership with a developer that has adjacent skills to mine to be able to complete game projects together.

I am a 27 year old programmer working in the AAA industry, currently supporting a very famous franchise called Total War, as of now I form part of the Core Tech Programming Department for Total War: Warhammer 40K.

I have in-depth expertise and knowledge about good game design and production to be able to get a project forward.

About The Job

Looking for a developer that could be a jack of all trades, specifically in the content side, whether that might be Building, VFX, SFX, or even scripting, we will try to be a jack of all trades as much as possible to try to develop games together, any genre.

Ideally, looking for someone who is experience with Roblox Development, comfortable working with existing codebases and development workflows and a person that is serious, does not have a million-and-one projects on the side, full attention is required. Do not apply if this is not the case.

Requirements

Applicants should:

Have solid experience developing games using Roblox Studio.
Be confident in your skills whether that might be Luau, Blender, Building In-Studio, etc.
Be comfortable collaborating with other programmers, developers and any other people that might be commissioned.
Be willing to use the development tools and workflows to improve development and organization. (Discord, Jira, Trello).

Nice To Have

Be 18+ years old.
Able to communicate through voice.

What I am looking for:

Takes ownership of the task they work on.
Can independently investigatea nd solve problems.
Is willing to ask questions when project requirements are unclear.
Tests their work before submitting it for review.
Can accept constructive feedback without taking it personal.
Is interested in contributing and building a long standing partnership from the ground up.

Applicants should be prepared to provide examples of previous Roblox work, such as games, systems, code, assets, samples, etc.

Payment

I am interested in doing a 50/50 split in Rev Share. Ideally, if old enough, will offer a contract for both of us to sign to guarantee rev share split per project we develop together.
