About Us
Hey there! I am the Founder behind
Evermount, a in-development, unrealeased, upcoming realistic roleplay game featuring a In-game private server system that allows for players to create their own dedicated communities within the game, somewhat like the game
& FiveM both together.
Payment & Compensation
As the solo developer currently building Evermount, my primary focus right now is finding another experienced Builder to help complete the map layout, infrastructure, and buildings.
Because I am looking for dedicated partner(s) to help bring this map across the finish line and build out the project long-term, I offer two main compensation options:
-
Long-Term Core Developer (Preferred): Help me complete the map and core framework leading up to launch. Guaranteed milestone compensation will be paid out after release, paired with a performance/revenue bonus once the game scales up. (Payment is strictly guaranteed for your work regardless of how the game performs).
-
Short-Term / Contract Builder: If you prefer direct per-asset or per-building payouts as work is finished, we can negotiate a clear per-task rate that works for both of us.
Rates and milestone figures will be agreed upon based on your portfolio and scope of work. A formal contract/agreement will be provided to guarantee all terms and payouts.

About The Job/Recruitment
We are seeking dedicated developers interested in developing for Evermount long-term, and getting paid after the game’s release, though we can also open to short-term contract work though it is not what I’m mainly looking for/wanting.
What We Expect:
-
Dedication: We are looking for self-motivated developers who are passionate about creating a top-tier, realistic RP experience.
-
Quality Work: Clean, optimized assets and scripts designed for high performance in a large-scale realistic roleplay game.
