Looking for an experienced scripter for long term projects

For this project you will be the exclusive scripter, meaning you need to be able to code all the basics for a game to run cleanly including all the game systems I require. This is a long term position so after the game is fully complete and ready to publish we can discuss a long term payment plan. The game itself you will be working on is a shooter where players fight against bots through waves in trenches. I prefer if you are interested in this game as you will be long term and I want you to be interested in what your working on.

What you will do:

Long term job (after completion)

You will have 2-3 weeks once started to complete the project. But this is not strict if there are issues or problems. I see this as us being partners almost so I will help you and support you whenever it is needed. And if the game does do well your pay will scale with that.
