Hiring Scripter – Bloxville Heist Game
Hey, I’m looking for a scripter who genuinely enjoys building fun gameplay systems. I’m working on a new Roblox project called Bloxville. It’s an open-world crime and heist game where players can rob, escape, outrun the police, and slowly build up their criminal status with friends.
We’re keeping things simple at the start with just a few robbery locations (around 1–3 to begin with). Once the core systems are solid and fun, we’ll keep adding more over time. It has a similar feel to Jailbreak, but we’re putting our own ideas into it as we grow.
Here’s what I’m looking for help with, written as straightforward as possible:
• A clean main menu with the city in the background, with Play and Shop options, plus a developer-only button for accessing the test server.
• A working day and night cycle, where the daytime lasts around 20 minutes and nighttime lasts around 10.
• A vehicle system that lets players drive around the city, with fuel that runs out over time and a small UI showing how much is left. The trunk should also be interactive so players can store stolen items.
• A weather system including rain, sunshine, storms, and eventually snow. Ideally with adjustable settings so we can easily change how often each type appears.
• Basic robbery and crime mechanics to start the game off. Alarms, payouts, and police reactions will be simple at first and improved as we go.
• A system for hideouts or spawn points where players can store their items and start their session.
• UI programming for anything players interact with, such as menus, prompts, loot storage, and fuel indicators.
• A basic loading screen with a progress bar and percentage.
A couple of important details:
• Please only message me if you have a portfolio. It helps us see your experience clearly.
• It’s much easier if you’re in or near the GMT timezone for communication.
