Terms of Service

Welcome to RoHire.dev ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RoHire.dev, including our job board, developer tools, project quote calculator, and any other features we offer. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RoHire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox", "Robux", and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

You may use most of RoHire without an account. Creating an account lets you access additional features such as higher usage limits on tools and saved settings.

You may sign up using an email address and password, or by linking your Discord account via OAuth. If you sign up with email, you can optionally connect a Discord account from Settings at any time. Your access to RoHire is not dependent on your Discord account remaining active — if your Discord account is terminated, you can still sign in with your email credentials.

If you sign in via Discord, you authorize us to receive your Discord profile information (username, email address, and avatar) as permitted by Discord's platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

• -Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• -Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public areas of the Service
• -Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content including scam job listings
• -Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm other users
• -Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other access controls
• -Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

RoHire provides free developer tools including a Portfolio Rater (AI-powered), DevEx Calculator, Luau Minifier, and Project Quote Calculator. These tools are provided as-is for informational and productivity purposes.

The Portfolio Rater submits content you provide to an AI model for analysis. Do not submit personally identifiable information, private credentials, or sensitive data through any tool. Submitted content is processed to generate a response and is not permanently stored by RoHire.

DevEx rates displayed in the DevEx Calculator are estimates based on publicly available Roblox DevEx information. RoHire does not guarantee accuracy and is not responsible for financial decisions made based on tool output.

The Project Quote Calculator stores draft quote data in your browser's localStorage. Quotes shared via a public link are stored in our database and accessible to anyone with the link. Do not include confidential information in shared quotes.

You may submit content to the Service, such as scam reports or feedback. By submitting content, you grant RoHire a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit. Do not submit defamatory, false, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Job listings on RoHire are aggregated from public Discord communities and other sources. We do not post original job listings and are not party to any employment or commission arrangement between users and listing authors. Use your own judgment when responding to listings, and report suspected scams via the scam reports feature.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoHire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages arising from reliance on job listings, tool output, or shared quote data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
