I am planning to create a large map expansion for summer updates for both of our game R6 Emote Hangout, and possibly Emote RNG

We're looking to double the size of the current map with a modern city/harbour region. The area is already planned out but we still need buildings created.

some of these buildings may include:

a bank
police station
gas station
"grand hotel" (old-styled hotel)
big park w/ flagpole
post office
city hall

Extra information:

buildings may have interiors, at least on the first floor (so not too much detail)
The harbour should be large enough for boats, and a pier to walk around
There will also be a canal going through the middle, with bridges and places to walk nearby

BUILDING STYLE:

the building style mixes retro PBR textures, mid-poly models, and more modern materials to create a unique blend, this doesn't mean a lazy retro style, though.
buildings must be optimized, this means a minimal part count, no unions, and a well-structured workspace
