We are BID Studio, a small and ambitious indie Roblox studio looking for talented and motivated people to join our Development Team.

🎮 Our first project:

We are planning and developing our first game — a Tower Defense (TD) experience on Roblox.

We are looking for people passionate about game development who want to grow together with a small team.

🛠️ We are looking for:

💬 Discord Management

We are also looking for someone experienced in creating and managing Discord servers.

The goal is to create and manage the official BID Studio Discord server, including its structure, channels, roles, moderation, and community management.

💰 Compensation & Revenue Share

BID Studio is an indie studio, and our first project will use a revenue-share model.

Each contributor will receive a percentage of the game’s revenue based on their responsibilities, workload, and contribution.

Compensation will be directly connected to the game’s success. We want everyone who contributes meaningfully to be properly recognized and rewarded.

If the game performs well, the initial revenue will be used to compensate the team and fund our next project, allowing us to grow the studio and create bigger games together.

The exact revenue-share percentage will be discussed and agreed upon based on each person’s role and contribution.
