Looking for scripters for a Roblox war sim game

We're looking for a LuaU scripter for a Roblox game called PANTSIR to take a long-term position as a developer. (If you DM me without a portfolio or your portfolio contains primarily brainrot/slop content, I will not respond to you.) Your responsibilities would be to create systems and mechanics for future updates, dealing with things such as physics, scripting interfaces, and having to utilize pre-existing systems and/or modules that we would give you.

Requirements:

If you send in work or a portfolio that mainly consists of AI generated content, you will be rejected. While I believe usage of AI is okay for refining a script or making smaller changes, I am not going to pay you to give Claude prompts.

Compensation will be given on a weekly basis, where the work you've done for the week is evaluated and you are given payment for everything. Payment is based on how many tasks you completed throughout the week, with payouts at the end of each week. On average, you will likely earn 5k to 14k per week for doing consistent work. If you qualify, you will be put through an interview process just to find out if you are trustworthy and to get to know you. This game is a passion project, we do not earn heaps of money! The reason we are hiring is because our current scripters are overworked due to high demand for frequent updates. It is also not a requirement, but it would be great if you could speak Russian fluently, as that is the language a majority of our team and playerbase speaks in.

We also offer room for growth and promotion, if you become valuable enough of a developer you may receive a promotion to Senior Developer, potentially higher pay, or (although unlikely) percentage-based pay.
