Context:
I already have a 3D modeler who is very good at what he does, but we’re currently struggling to keep up with the constant updates and workload. That’s why we’re looking to bring another modeler onto the team.
You would work closely with our existing 3D modeler, while I would be responsible for assigning projects, providing references, and setting deadlines. We would also have a weekly phone call to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Payment would be monthly, on the first of each month, and would be paid in Robux. The exact amount is completely negotiable depending on your experience, workload, and how well you fit into the team.
Getting Started
To get started, I would introduce you to our current 3D modeler. He would review your modeling skills and determine whether he thinks you would be a good fit for our workflow and the style we're looking for.
During this initial stage, you would spend a few days working with him and demonstrating your skills. He would also explain how our current modeling workflow works, including the strategies and techniques he uses to meet our specific needs.
If everything goes well, I would start giving you projects that specify what I want from it and give you several images of what I want along with a due date
From there, the relationship would essentially operate on a trust basis. You wouldn't need to sign a contract or clock hours. Instead, you would receive a fixed monthly payment for the work you're responsible for completing.
Example of the Quality/Style We're Looking For
Here is an example of a vehicle that is already in the game:
Perfect 67K Tri vehicle, with long-bed, short-bed, and dually-bed variants.
This is generally the level of quality, detail, and overall build style we would be looking for from you.
