Dynamic Head Ugc

Hi, I’m looking for someone who can make a dynamic head specifically it being animated I need it to pass through Roblox and it actually blinking and it having the 3d eyes effect so just push the pupil back so it looks like the eye is tracking the camera . I will send u references just let me know if you would be able to do them as I won’t be giving you complex faces yk.
