NPC Hunt: blind playtest, the first 5 min

I'm a solo dev. I posted here about NPC Hunt a week ago, got real feedback, rebuilt a lot of it, and I'd like fresh eyes again.
The premise: 40 NPCs walk around a plaza, and so do the players. You look like an NPC to everyone else. Standing outside earns you cash, and the longer you stay out without banking it, the faster it comes in - but you drop all of it if someone kills you. Walk into your house and it banks safely, and the multiplier resets. Weapons you own are displayed in your glass-walled house, and anyone can break in and steal them.
What changed since last time:
  • The first minute hands you a free random weapon, so you have something to lose from the start
  • The starter guide was rewritten and reordered
  • Killing a civilian gets you swarmed by the crowd and lit up for everyone to see
  • Five kills in a row pays a bonus
What I want to know is only about the first 5 minutes:
  • Did you know what you were supposed to do when you spawned?
  • Did you realise you could hide by acting like an NPC?
  • Did the "stay out longer, earn more, lose it all if you die" trade-off come across?
  • Where did you get confused or stuck?
  • What did you enjoy, and what frustrated you?
10-15 minutes of playing naturally is plenty. Please don't ask me what to do while you play - if you get stuck, that's the useful part.
Important: the experience is currently restricted to age-verified accounts aged 16 and over (Roblox publishing gate), so you'll need a verified account to get in.

If you're a dev too, drop me your game and I'll play it back.
