• Have a similar past work or be able to demonstrate you are capable of doing this job
• Respond quickly
• Give frequent progress updates
• Understand exactly what's needed
• Study the references I provide you with and how they animate so you know how YOUR rig should animate when complete
• Be able to create an Inverse Kinematics Rig
• Be capable of working under strict deadlines
• Do revisions
