Hiring Testers for a dungeon game

Looking for testers who knows how to find bugs as well as properly inform them to me,also i need feedback on my balancing. Testers who did a great job will receive in-game items(Passes). The game is about 70-80%done. We need about 10 to 15 testers all being 16 years old or over. Currently there is no specific date when the testing begins but we hope to launch it from Sep 4 to Sep 7.
