I am currently looking for somebody experienced in making Star Wars / Sci-Fi Futuristic style maps, to create the entirety of a Coruscant Underworld map.

The map will primarily be split off into 3 main parts: 1 - The City (1200x860) / Republic Base (650x510 studs)

Base: Divisional barracks, main armory, large area for STS pads / rallies, a prison, a control room / command center, a throne room (potentially hangar bay).
City: Bank, Armory, Black Market alley, 3 reusable store / shop, cantina, apartment building apartments (3 variations, small, medium, large), a general plaza, workplaces. And buildings 8 skyscraper variations, 3 should have balcony like areas (bonus points if the buildings are modular), 3 interiors to said skyscraper buildings, 5 medium sized buildings.

2 - The border (300x250 studs)

2 booths
A civilian / new player spawn
Split into 2 parts

Main processing area, new people come in, queue lines, enter booths, exit into city.
Smaller republic base / area, consists of a spawn area, a smaller rally area POTENTIALLY 4-5 smaller rooms.

3 - The Wasteland (2048x1500 studs, primarily dead space, fully terrain, other than roads here and there).

Contains 5-6 reusable ruined structures, some taller, some smaller, should look like ruined city buildings. Some roads / pathways to follow. Tunnels going throughout the terrain.
3 Different capture points areas (empty space, asset for terminals already made)
A rebel base (approx 250x200 studs)
A mining area
A smaller factory building that would produce enemy units. (no inside needed)

The overall style of the game should be similar to cyberpunk 2077 (at night), and coruscant underworld life as visible through images below.

The interior detail should at maximum be 1 step lower in detail than the outside (not skimped out on essentially).
