🚨 We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Builder to help create an immersive, highly engaging lobby for our Roblox game, [Retro Tower Defense!]

Cartoon Style!

We already have a dedicated modeler handling props, models, and other assets, so your primary responsibility will be environment building, layout, atmosphere, and optimization.

🗺️ PROJECT

We are looking to create a large, detailed lobby/hub inspired by the concept shown above.

Target Size: 📐 Approximately 500x500 up to 700x700 studs

The lobby should feel alive, interactive, polished, and memorable, with plenty of areas for players to explore while still maintaining efficient navigation and performance.

🔨 YOUR ROLE — LEAD BUILDER

You should be comfortable with:

🏰 Large-scale environment design
🌎 Creating immersive lobby/hub environments
🧱 Detailed terrain & architecture
🎨 Creating strong visual themes and atmosphere
🗺️ Planning efficient player flow *⚡ Optimizing for Mobile, Console & PC
📈 Building environments that are optimized for Roblox performance
🔧 Working alongside a separate modeler
💬 Taking feedback and making revisions quickly
⏱️ Maintaining a fast and reliable turnaround

💰 PAYMENT

Payment is flexible and will depend on experience, quality, scope, and turnaround.

No percentage/payment down upfront by default.

However, if you can provide a high-quality blockout ASAP that demonstrates your ability to execute the project, we are willing to negotiate up to 25% upfront, with the remaining balance paid in full upon completion.
