Experienced Roblox FPS Scripter Wanted | Founding Team Position

I am looking for an experienced Roblox scripter to become the first permanent member of the development team for an FPS currently in production.

The game is heavily inspired by **Arsenal. **But, I want to build a technically stronger, more modern FPS that feels designed for the current generation of Roblox players.

The focus right now is entirely on gameplay.

I have personally built the first iteration of the movement system, the core shooting and death mechanics. The game uses raycasting and other techniques to keep the experience smooth.

The next stage is making the mechanics feel polished and professional.

What I am looking for

I am looking for an experienced developer who wants to help build a large-scale FPS and is interested in seeing a project through all of production.

You should be comfortable working with systems such as:

You do not need to know every one of these perfectly, but you should already have significant Roblox scripting experience.

What really needs to be done now: Make the game look and feel good.

The underlying gameplay works but we need to improve systems such as:

*Weapon sway *Recoil *Hit effects *Movement feedback *Weapon responsiveness *Viewmodel behavior *Shooting feedback *Visual polish *General combat feel

Once the core experience is polished we can expand the game into the larger systems and content.

The development team will grow over time, but I want the first permanent addition to be someone who can help establish the technical and creative standard for everyone who joins afterward.

This is a profit/ownership-based position with additional compensation (bonuses) tied to the completion of tasks.
