Looking for a Closed Community Anime Theme Developer

Looking for a team of developers inspired to develop a Naruto game and has played the games Type Soul, Deepwoken, Shindo Life, and all those big RPG games. The game I'm aiming for isn't like those big branch games but rather a closed-community game where we build from a small community to a big community. The game has most of its scripts done, models, and build. But it's slightly outdated and needs a revamp. It used to be a 100 player CC game I've made called "Shippuden Mighty." And I'm bringing it back from the grave. Many of my former players have asked me to bring back the game and I need a development team to make this happen. I will be focusing on leading this project rather than specializing in developing and sharing the interests that are made from this game. Aka percentage.
