About Us
Hi! We’re a two-person team building Ocean RNG: a fishing RNG game like
Fisch + Axe RNG: catch fish across zone, roll for nets with escalating
rarity, chase the collection.
The game’s systems are already built and playable. Rolling, catching, zones,
multi-slot equipping, the reveal sequence. What it doesn’t have is the thing
that makes an RNG game work: art worth rolling for. That’s this seat.
The Team
About The Job
We’re looking for a 3D modeler / VFX artist to join as our third partner
and lead content artist. This is a founding-team seat, not a commission gig.
You’d own:
- Fish and net models (stylized low-poly, Blender). The game ships new
fish and nets weekly after launch, batched ahead, so this is the heartbeat
of the game
- Rarity VFX. Roll-reveal effects and escalating per-net auras; in this
genre the VFX is the content, so this is the highest-impact work in the
project
- Light environment work on zones (mood over detail)
Style target: bright, stylized low-poly.
We sync on progress regularly and we’re building a team we actually want to
work with for years.
Payment
Full transparency, so you can decide before
- 25% recurring revenue share, paid automatically through group
payouts (you’ll join our group; Roblox requires ~14 days of membership
before payouts can start), backed by a written agreement covering the
split, asset ownership, and exit terms. Both of us are on rev-share only —
nobody draws pay until the game does. When it earns, we all earn the same
way at the same time.
- Paid trial first: $100 USD via PayPal, upfront. For nets, VFX, etc.
You evaluate us, we evaluate fit, and you get paid real money either way.
If you’re looking for per-asset commission work, this isn’t the right post and that’s fine. We’re looking for the person who’s been waiting for a team that has product/code handled, so their art can carry a game.
