About Us

Role & Responsibilities

• Design & Model: Create high-quality, optimized 3D UGC accessories (hats, hair, back items, clothing, etc.)
• Texturing: Apply clean, vibrant, and visually appealing textures to all created assets.
• Optimization: Ensure all models strictly adhere to Roblox’s optimization guidelines (poly-count, vertex limits, and texture size).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure assets fit seamlessly into the game environment and character models.

What We Are Looking For

• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing previous Roblox UGC items or stylized 3D modeling work is mandatory.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling tools, preferably Blender or Maya.
• Roblox Expertise: Complete understanding of Roblox’s UGC upload guidelines, technical limitations, and rigging/fitting requirements.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a strict adherence to agreed deadlines.

• Per-Asset Payment: Paid via Robux upon successful completion and approval of each model.
• Revenue Split: A percentage share of item sales or game revenue (negotiable for long-term commitment).
• The budget is set at an average of 15,000 Robux per model. Depending on the level of detail or complexity of the model, the budget may be higher or lower
