Must have the ability to create buildings, structures and mid - high poly models on blender (does not have to be too complex) Small models are essential to create as well. It is more comfortable for you to be familiar with anime, and with stylized builds. I do like those who can make nice textures with the builds, and additionally, I pay pay more if you can create some vfx with it but it is not essential.
