We're hiring a full-time 3D Artist to work across our games. This is an ongoing role, not a one-off commission; you'd be modeling for our whole studio, not just a single title.
THE WORK
The job is to model and texture assets from scratch, whether that's props, weapons, vehicles, or characters depending on the project. Since our games share a similar structure, you'd also be building assets in a reusable way, so your own work can carry over when we make a similar game instead of remodeling everything from zero.
A typical task is modeling and texturing a full asset end-to-end. Clean, game-ready topology that runs well on mobile devices.
We want real 3D artists who understand topology, texel density, and game-ready optimization, not people who just export whatever comes out of a sculpt. That said, using AI tools to speed up your workflow is smart, and we fully encourage it. The only rule is that you have to be the one in control: you need to fully understand and be able to fix every part of the asset you ship.
