Hiring Roblox Builder for a Stylized Zoo Simulator Map

I’m looking for an experienced Roblox environment builder to create a polished, stylized zoo simulator map directly in Roblox Studio.

The map will include one central plaza with six player zoo plots around it. The six plots will use the same base layout and reusable modular assets, so they do not need to be six completely unique maps.

The builder will be responsible for creating the environment, including the central plaza, connecting paths, zoo entrance, small buildings, different animal habitats, fences, gates, shelters, viewing areas, rocks, trees, plants, ponds, terrain, water areas, an aquarium section, lighting, collisions, scale, optimization and clean Explorer organization.

The visual style should be colorful, polished and stylized low-poly. I already have concept references and a basic layout direction. The references are only for the overall style, composition and level of detail, so they do not need to be copied exactly.

Animal models, animations, scripting and UI are already being handled separately. The builder will be working with a small development team and should provide regular progress updates, communicate clearly and be able to make reasonable revisions based on feedback.

Custom assets may be created in Blender and imported when necessary, but the final map must be assembled, finished, playable and optimized inside Roblox Studio. I do not want the entire environment imported as one large Blender model.

Applicants should have proven Roblox Studio building experience, a strong environment portfolio and experience with terrain, water, vegetation, larger maps, scale, composition and player navigation. Clean organization and performance-conscious building are required.
