Hiring Experienced Roblox Scripter

West Indies Studios is hiring an experienced Roblox Scripter. We're looking for someone who can build polished, optimized systems for long-term development.

Responsibilities

Develop gameplay systems (UI, progression, leaderboards, gamepasses, DataStores, etc.)
Optimize scripts for PC, Mobile, and Console
Fix bugs and improve existing systems
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code

Requirements

Strong Luau scripting experience
Portfolio or previous work required
Experience with optimization and scalable systems
Good communication and ability to work from written specifications

Payment

10% of the games monthly earnings, percentage could go up depending on reliability and quality of your work

Long-term work available for the right developer.
