Need modeler for animal crossing type character

I’m looking for a modeler to make an animal crossing inspired rig for my game. It’ll be the base character.

Essentially, the character is a cookie man with a cute-ish look that is pretty animal crossing inspired. It should have a similar body shape to the attached image, but not a peashooter.

The face should be a decal so it can easily be altered and changed, and I’ll also want it rigged to be animatable.

I’m looking for someone with: GOOD COMMUNICATION, FAST
