Map builder for a new Duels Game

Hello I'm looking for a good builder who can create Duels styled maps for me for a new upcoming "Hood Duels" type of game. I have EXACT references and the exact maps that I need are :

The maps do not need to be huge in size, probably around 230-280 studs. Depending on the map of course.

Level of detail does NOT need to be insane, but I am prioritizing people who have creativity in their builds.

Will be paying PER COMPLETED MAP, so 40K Robux, 240K Robux in total if you complete all the maps
