Simple House Remake

I'm looking to hire a Roblox builder to recreate a simple house for my game. The project includes the full interior, exterior, and a small garden/outdoor area.

I'll provide reference screenshots for every room, the house layout, and the garden, so you won't need to come up with your own design. The references should be followed closely to match the overall layout and style.

However, I don't want it to be an exact 1:1 copy. The build should have the same overall look and feel as the references while making small changes to the architecture, details, and decorations so it remains an original build rather than a direct replica.
