Bloxugan is looking for a Level Designer/Environment Artist to help create a large-scale city environment for our Bakugan-inspired Roblox game.
The city is already partially developed by myself, and you won't be starting from scratch. We're specifically seeking someone comfortable working in Blender and creating mid-poly environments with textures where appropriate. (Mostly for shadows/ambient occlusion purposes) This role goes beyond simply creating individual assets, we need someone who understands how to build believable spaces with gameplay, exploration, and visual storytelling in mind.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building a city environment in Blender for Roblox.
- Creating mid-poly buildings, streets, landmarks, and environmental assets.
- Applying textures and materials where appropriate.
- Developing layouts that feel like real locations rather than repetitive grids of buildings.
- Working with the team to support gameplay, navigation, and worldbuilding through environment design.
- Preparing assets for implementation in Roblox.

We're especially interested in applicants who can demonstrate city planning and level design, not individual building creation. The goal is to create a believable, memorable city that is enjoyable to explore and supports gameplay. Bloxugan is already a large project with many environments planned. Strong work on this task may open additional environment and world-building opportunities in the future.
Payment is relatively set but can be negotiated depending on qaulity and how thorough work is delivered.
