ISO Builder for care-taker style game.

I am currently looking for an experienced builder who can assist in building a large, multi-story primary building inspired by gothic architecture, complete with a detailed and immersive interior. I am looking for both the build and the terrain to be established. Beyond this, there is a need for additional building on other areas of the game, such as a docks space, cemetery, and other environmental spots that will be implemented over the process of development.

Build can be with or without decorative assets. Willing to compensate for full decoration of interior, but building shell is what is primarily needed. Looking for someone well-versed in Blender that can provide their own models, as ROBLOX-only models are not sufficient for what I envision. LF Terrain to be built around spawn area and other areas of interest, primarily forest/overgrown elements. Build must be smoothly connected with symmetry. No stud style, medium to high poly. Optimization is a must, as many players of this genre are on mobile.

Game will be similar in structure to experiences like Eden Orphan Home, De Pride Isle, etc. As this is an ongoing development, there is no strict deadline of completion. Work at your own pace and provide ample communication of progress.
