About the Project
We are developing a highly unique, cross-generational Roblox experience designed around objective-based cooperation, object manipulation, and environmental puzzles.
Because our game heavily utilizes physics and dynamic player scaling, map layouts are the literal core of the gameplay. We are looking for an environment designer who can build interactive, structurally sound maps that balance aesthetic beauty with functional gameplay spacing.
What We Need From You:
- Designing and constructing 3D levels/maps from provided design layouts and concept briefs.
- Working in a Stylized / Low-Poly art direction (clean, high-quality, vibrant, and optimized).
- Ensuring clean collision geometry (parts must be properly aligned so moving physics objects don't get stuck on uneven floors/walls).
- Optimizing maps for performance across all devices, specifically mobile (efficient part counts, proper use of meshes/instancing).
Requirements:
- Must have a portfolio showing completed Roblox maps, environments, or complex level designs.
- Deep understanding of Roblox Studio building tools (Blender experience for custom props/assets is a huge plus).
- Ability to design layouts that guide player flow naturally.
