Description

Victim was hired by the suspect for a model. The suspect had ghosted the victim and refused to compensate the victim. Eventually, the suspect did respond in the scam ticket but they claimed that their account was hacked and moved onto another developer and they did not compensate the victim of the promised payment. (Violation Of Scam Rule #2)
