Description

Victim was hired by suspect to create a total amount of two maps for 350$ USD. Later on, the suspect ignored the victim and eventually cancelled the entire commission after the victim had completed the work assigned to them. The suspect was unable to pay back any form of compensation within the scam ticket and thus, they were punished with a permanent ban which is appealable once refunded. (Violation Of Scam Rule #2)
