The victim was commissioned to make 2 rigged models by the accused for $100, $40 upfront and the rest after completion. The accused then wanted proof that the victim's work would work as a UGC avatar, and the victim wanted them to including animations, which wasn't stated in the original agreement. The victim didn't want to provide it and also asked for an additional $20 to be paid before the models were complete instead of after. The scammer then created a scam ticket and later hired another person to make the models instead. That finally resulted in the scammer not wanting to pay for the victim's work anymore.
