The victim completed the work and showed the finished product to the accused, who responded that he was driving. By the next day, the accused had already closed the ticket. The victim reopened it and provided PayPal details, requesting payment. The accused refused, telling the victim to “go ahead” with reporting and claiming he would not pay unless the product was delivered first, clearly attempting to scam.
