It has now been 20+ days since the victim completed the agreed work. The accused has not made payment and continues to delay while requesting new, unrelated features, even though the victim has already provided proof of completing the agreed work. The victim has still not been paid; while the accused offered to pay after the file was first sent, they stopped responding again. The accused has also failed to respond to the ticket within the given time frame.
