Description

Victim commissioned suspect for a GFX Thumbnail. Afterwards, the suspect kept delaying and did not make any progress on the work even after taking 50% upfront payment. Eventually, the suspect ghosted the victim and did not respond to the victim. The suspect also did not respond in the scam ticket that the victim made. Thus, the suspect was punished with a permanent appealable ban.
