Description

The individual hired a project manager to assist with obtaining CCU. The original agreement did not require the project manager to contact a specific number of investors per day. After the agreement was in place, the individual attempted to change the terms by demanding that the project manager message a set number of investors daily. This requirement was never part of the original agreement and was later used as a basis for a dispute.
