Description

The victim reported <@943040738650890280> for time-wasting, hexon lead the victim to believe he would be getting work for over 5 days, to the point of asking him to cancel taking on new commissions, and kept telling the victim he will send the GDD ( game development document ) over. hexon then decided he found somebody cheaper; and cancelled the victims agreement.
