Suspect commissioned the victim to fix a coding issue with the models, then added a few more requests afterwards which the victim accepted. After 99% of the work was done, and the 1% couldn't be finished because there were issues with the animations (Outside of his field and request) the victim requested to be paid for his work, but the suspect refused to give it to him. (Note, suspect constantly threatened the victim with suing him, and he threatened to sue the scam investigator handling the ticket).
