Description

The suspect commissioned the victim for scripting work at an agreed price of $70 USD, to be paid upon completion via PayPal. The work was nearly completed; however, the suspect made various claims before gradually ghosting the victim without explanation, failing to uphold their end of the agreement. Suspect failed to respond once added to the ticket.
