Description

The victim was recruited by the scammer to improve a set of UI frames within the scammers game. The scammer and victim agreed on a price of 20,000R$ for this work. The victim continued to send updates to the scammer, to which the scammer stated the work was "good" and "nice". Once the work was completed, the scammer refused to pay the victim 20,000R$ and attempted to change the deal to 10,000R$. Once added to the ticket, the scammer claimed they will not and can not pay the victim.
