Description

The suspect commissioned the victim for development work. The work progressed from 2024 to 2026 and was nearly complete; however, the suspect decided to halt this commission and attempt to commission the victim for a different project without finishing the original one. They have since ghosted the victim. Suspect failed to respond once added to the ticket.
