Suspect was given a commission, failed to finish it, altered the chat, and attempted to change the terms mid deal. This is a continuation of the same ticket that the suspect was added to, and was willing to compensate the victim, but the victim was unwilling to talk in the ticket for 4 days. As for this ticket, the suspect did not respond.
