This user did not complete their end of the deal. This user failed to pay the victim. The suspect already has the work and blocked the victim on Discord to avoid confrontation. The suspect has admitted to not paying & that the work was indeed done. The suspect also provided with evidence they've paid others in the past. I've ruled in favor of the victim because the evidence & information provided by both sides proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect is indeed guilty. I've reviewed all this user's cases and I've found consistent scamming behavior. This user does not belong in a community like Hidden Developers and for this reason - this user has been permanently banned from Hidden Developers. This user has scammed approximately $44.5 USD out of the community.
