Suspect hired victim to make a UI system similar to Club Iris', victim made such stated UI and asked to be paid, just for the suspect to say it wasn't what he asked for and actually wanted a full game UI set, however this wasn't specified so he cannot expect the victim to know this. Refused to pay and therefore time wasted - blocked the investigator also.
