Description

Broke rule 2.1.2 ; Hired the victim to create an icon, but never paid them. Tried to lie to the victim that they did pay them by buying a gamepass from them, but it never appeared on the transaction history of the victim nor did they provide evidence of them buying it. Proceeded to block the victim afterwards.

Evidence
