Broke rule 2.1.1. ; Hired the victim to create a drawing for them. Upon seeing progress, they told the victim it looked good. After a while they would ask the victim to add more things that wasn't originally asked for, but the victim continued to add those extra details. After the victim finished the drawing, the user stopped responding and when they did, blocked the victim and never paid. Was given more than 24 hours to defend themselves, but did not provide any form of defensive evidence.
