Broke 2.1.1 - Not completing your side of the original deal. Hired the victim to create a drawing for them and provided the victim feedback, to which the victim took and used to fix the drawing, however, the suspect ignored the victim for about two weeks and did not pay the victim for their work. Stopped responding during the investigation.
