Suspect failed to fix a glitched system for the Victim. The Suspect did in fact stop responding when it was asked to be fixed. The Suspect having a TOS does not cover the fact that he refused to fix a glitched system. | Miss-communication in product delivery: a user is hired to do a specific task and they do not deliver the product to a reasonable quality (or it is not what was asked for). Meaning that the service provided by this user has not been delivered as expected. User also sent a video of what the product would look like. but the victim received something different.
